Job description

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for an Guest Experience Coordinator, to join the team of a luxury cruise company. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be a key point of contact for guests. This role will be working on a 3 months contract. 

 

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitating communication between teams to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
  • Identifying and resolving guest complaints, proposing solutions in collaboration with the Hotel Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards before, during, and after the stay.
  • Coordinating special requests (allergies, VIPs) and preparing rooms with the relevant staff.
  • Assisting in the planning of activities and managing the information shared with guests.
  • Participating in onboard events and excursions.
  • Creating social opportunities for solo travelers.
  • Ensuring a positive experience by being present during key moments.
  • Organizing special events and welcoming VIP guests.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a luxury, client-focused travel environment (Palace / 5-star Hotel).
  • A native English speaker with a good command of French. Knowledge of Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong in interpersonal skills: dynamic, organized, adaptable, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Excellent in communication and relationship-building, with experience working across departments and with diverse cultures/nationalities.
  • Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about implementing and upholding international luxury service standards.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • A strong leader and decision-maker, able to inspire and influence without direct managerial authority.
  • Fully available, as this is a 3-month contract abroad (accommodation and meal allowances included)
