Job description

 

Luxe Talent, is an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join a leading luxury jewellery brand based in central London.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor will be the following:

  • Working with in a team as Sales Advisors  to successfully achieve all sales objectives.
  • Welcoming and guiding customers throughout their visit in the store. 
  • Set up the shop (displays, visuals, point of sale material).
  • Ensuring and maintaining impeccable shop maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage stock of products.
  • Maintain proven product knowledge.
  • Assisting the shop manager. 

 

Expected sales performance:

  • Achieve sales targets using techniques appropriate to the luxury sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to stimulate sales.
  • Maintain a customer file for privileged follow-up and loyalty.
  • Provide after-sales service.
  • Completing all sales-related transactions. (payment, invoicing, duty-free, warranty).

 

Requirements

The qualities required for this position are:

  • Organisational skills.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in jewellery sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the jewellery business sector.
  • The ability to work responsible and independently. 
  • Have a great teamspirit. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English (other language are a plus).
