Buyer Menswear Brand - Porto

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialising in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an experienced buyer to join the team of an established multibrand, to manage the buying of the menswear collections. The office is based nearby Porto.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París and Zúrich.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Analyzes market trends, fashion tendencies, and consumer behavior
• Defines seasonal buying budgets by product category and price range

• Estimates quantities to order, delivery schedules, margins, and markups

• Selects styles, colors, sizes, and variants aligned with the retailer’s positioning

• Negotiates prices, payment terms, discounts, and return policies
• Ensures a balanced product offering across in-store and online channels: categories, styles, new arrivals, best sellers

• Adjusts future buying decisions based on product performance and market feedback

• Analyzes sales data, sell-through rates, inventory levels, and product turnover
