Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a Luxury Watchmaking Brand, for their store in Prague.

Job description:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach boutique staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and brand compliance.
  • Actively engage with customers, building relationships and creating a memorable shopping experience.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor sales, analyze performance data, and support the Boutique Manager in decision-making and strategy.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or boutique settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating staff and supporting Store Managers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for client interaction.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks such as stock management, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Fluent in Czech & English; other languages is a plus.
