Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a Luxury Watchmaking Brand, for their store in Prague.

Job description:

Support the Boutique Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and reporting.
Lead, motivate, and coach boutique staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and brand compliance.
Actively engage with customers, building relationships and creating a memorable shopping experience.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Monitor sales, analyze performance data, and support the Boutique Manager in decision-making and strategy.
Ensure smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven retail experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or boutique settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating staff and supporting Store Managers.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for client interaction.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with administrative tasks such as stock management, reporting, and scheduling.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Fluent in Czech & English; other languages is a plus.
