Job description

We at Luxe Talent are working on behalf of a leading homeware brand to recruit a Product and Merchandising Manager.

Our client is a global leader in consumer products, home to a diverse portfolio of well-known brands across beauty, health, and home. Within its Home & Outdoor division, teams are driven by thoughtful design and lasting quality, creating innovative, premium products that enhance life both in and out of the home.

The role is responsible for owning product and merchandising strategy across all EMEA channels, driving growth through data-led insights and market understanding. This position leads the development and execution of the brands Strategic Plan, informs global product management on regional opportunities, and oversees go-to-market processes. By optimising product portfolios, managing seasonal assortments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role ensures alignment with global strategies while maximising revenue, margin and consumer relevance in the EMEA market.

Requirements

  • Experience in housewares, or consumer goods
  • Experience in line-planning
  • Knowledge of product creation and manufacture
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities, organised and a team player
  • Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree or field related experience ideally 4+ years in related experience
  • Authorised to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis
