Job description

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, is currently seeking a National Sales Manager NL for a Premium Skincare Brand.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam, we partner with leading companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance and results
  • Manage key accounts and a strategic district, ensuring strong client relationships and operational excellence
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Act as brand ambassador, building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Benelux Business Unit and the Dutch market
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Training, and Sales Support teams to align initiatives
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events.

The person will also directly manage the district scope of Noord-Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland, and Overijssel, including client visits, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

 

Requirements

Requierements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within professional skincare or the
    premium beauty sector
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Previous experience developing national markets is a plus.
  • Based in the Center of the Netherlands : Amsterdam (South of Noord-Holland) or
    Utrecht or Gelderland
  •  Willingness to travel within the country.
  • Working smoothly with Excel.
  • Fluent in English and having Dutch as a mother tongue (mandatory).
