Head of Training Benelux | Premium Skincare Brand

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, is currently seeking a Head of Training Benelux for a Premium Skincare Brand.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam, we partner with leading companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the training strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives in the Benelux market.
• Manage and coordinate the local training team (2 people covering Dutch- and French-speaking regions), ensuring alignment and performance.
• Design and implement the annual training plan, including programs for launches, events, and key initiatives.
• Develop and adapt training content across formats (in-person, digital, and blended learning).
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training plans across regions.
• Train and support the local team to ensure consistent execution.
• Identify training needs and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and commercial impact.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support business growth and product sell-out.
