Job description

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Sales Assistant for a High Premium Brand in their boutique in London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
To develop enduring relationships with clients;
To maximize sales for the Boutique;
To handle returns of merchandise;
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (written & spoken); Minimum 2 years of previous experience in retail is required; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
