Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for talented and experienced Assistant Store Manager Dutch Speaking for a High Premium Brand in Designer Outlet Roermond.

Job Description:

Supporting the Store Manager in all the tasks and responsabilities;
Training and leading the team;
Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service;
Able to manage KPI’S and achieve store targets;
Able to process store deliveries and to manage the stock by coording the stock team;
Able to organize the visual merchandising of the department;
Ensuring the store looks always presentable and inviting to our customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a sharp business mindset. We are looking for a passionate professional who has excellent customer service and communication skills, an excellent management and leadership skills, passion for fashion and motivated to evolve and grow inside the company. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
