Job description

Luxe Talent, international recruitment company specialised in Fashion, Luxury and Retail is currently looking for a professional and experienced Area Manager to join an international and dynamic jewellery brand. The role will be based in Germany.

 

As an Area Manager will be responsible for business development, spending the majority of your time visiting clients and looking for new opportunities/ scouting. Key element of the role is to build customer relationships, negotiates and closes business deals, checking distributions and competitors.

You will ensure that retailers are following window settings, items are displayed following brand and visual guidelines and trade marketing materials is delivered according to client needs.

Main duties involve: collecting orders, analysing sales data, managing post sales activities, propose and coordinate events to retailers and managing cooperative advertising/ outdoor. The role also requires dealing with collecting credits and managing financial issues.

 

Requirements

You are a proactive and a target-driven professional who is passionate about the fashion industry aligned with the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery sector;
  • Goal oriented approach, strong leadership and communications skills;
  • Good with numbers and able to analyse and present sales data;
  • Demonstrates problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to travel. Flexible approach and great communications skills;
  • Familiar with KPI´s;
  • In-depth understanding of the market is a must.
