Job description

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialised in Luxury and Retail is currently looking for a professional and experienced Store Manager for a Luxury Automotive Brand in the amazing Munich.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Store Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day running and leading of the sales and aftersales team in the store.

You will be responsible for all staff processes including recruitment, service planning, training, running performance review and development of sales.

Your main duties include: ensure sales goals are achieved; analyse sales performance and forecast trends; report daily traffic/sales to the headquarter, provide high standards of customer service; make sure store policies and procedures are followed.

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, a third language would be considered as a plus;
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the Automotive Sector;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Good team management and leadership skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills especially with various levels of internal/external stakeholders;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Good ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships;
  • Result-driven approach and commercial awareness;
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and KPIs.
