Luxe Talent, International Recruitment Agency specialized in Fashion, Luxury and Retail is currently seeking for a talented In-Store Trainer for an Italian Luxury Brand to join the team in Milan.
Job Description:
As an In-store trainer, you will be responsible to design and execute orientation programs for sales teams; organize and deliver onboarding training sessions for new employees; monitor staff performance to ensure training knowledge is appropriately practiced; determine training needs both for individuals and teams; prepare role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases; make recommendations for corrective actions as necessary; collaborate with management staff to get feedback on customer and staff complaints in order to design more effective training materials; provide excellent customer service and represent the brand in the best possible way; motivate employees to achieve team and personal targets.
