Luxe Talent, International Recruitment agency specialized in Fashion and Retail is currently seeking for a talented Sales Assistant (Full Time) for a Cosmetic in Milan.

Job description as Sales Assistant:

Welcome and assist the customer throughout the sales process
Reaching sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling
Collect and rearrange customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM
Customer loyalty
Keep the environment clean and tidy
Work following certain guidelines and respecting deadlines
Contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team

Requirements

1 year of experience in Retail, prefereably in a cosmetic brand;
Fluent in Italian and English;
Good standing;
Good communication skills;
Good team-player.
