Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for Sales Assistants for a Bike store in Austria, for one of our clients, a global leading manufacturer of bicycles, that is opening several new stores around the country.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the luxury, premium and high-premium sector throughout Europe. Our offices are based in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

The Sales Assistant will be in charge of the following functions:

Offer customers a high level of hospitality
Have a general knowledge about products to be able to assist customers´ inquiries
Give competent advice to customers
Sell extensive assortment and services
Monitor and fulfill all sales in consideration of store inventory, including order and shipment notifications, packing and shipping, and returns and exchanges
Present and handle products

Requirements

German native or equivalent
Passionate about bikes and enthusiastic about cycling
Passionate about excellent customer service
Professional experience in the sports industry is an advantage
Conscientious, independent and service-oriented way of working
Team player, resilient, communicative, and organized
Motivated to encounter new challenges
Willingness to participate in shared bike rides in the store
