Store Manager (Bike Store) - Relocation to Austria

Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for Store Managers for a Bike store in Austria, for one of our clients, a global leading manufacturer of bicycles, that is opening several new stores around the country.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the luxury, premium and high-premium sector throughout Europe. Our offices are based in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

The Store Manager will be in charge of the following functions:

• Actively assist in sales and interact with customers and associates to achieve store sales goals
• Lead team and ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in annual budgeting process, quarterly/monthly financial meetings
• Organize and conduct trainings for the team
• Participate in the marketing of the store to ensure a professional, accessible and inviting shopping experience. Sorting, tidying, arranging fixtures and showcasing special features from the product line are important
• Manage store supplies
• Complete responsibility for the team: interviewing potential employees, filling out documents for new employees, scheduling and managing your employees.
