Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for a Premium Fashion brand located in Bucharest Baneasa Shopping Centre.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER:

Provide support for all operational and management activities of the store
Take care of assisted sales, incentivize sales, and improve profits through team cooperation
Motivate and train new entry sales assistants
Monitor the store KPIs to improve the store's success
Ensure that the store has a pleasant aesthetic, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising policies

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER:

Experience in the fashion industry
The tendency for coordination and teamwork
Engaging and empathetic communication style
Result-oriented
Problem-solving skills
Interest in fashion and related trends
Good English
