Luxe Talent is currently looking for an experienced Sales Assistant 40h (TEMP) with a high level of English for a Luxury Brand for their corner located in El Corte Ingles Pozuelo.
Job description :
* Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards;
* Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling;
* Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM;
* Promote customer relationships;
* Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard;
* Working within established guidelines;
* Contribute to building team working sharing information and best practices.
The successful candidate must have at least a minimum 1 year of experience in Sales for Jewellery and/or Luxury Brands. We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The Sales Assistant must have a goal-oriented profile, be able to work in a team and a problem-solving mind. He/She must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages would be a plus.
