Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, for one of our clients, a luxury Brand, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the category “Bags” based in Milan, who will be responsible of the management of the Wholesale Key Accounts, maximizing the sales and responsible for data reporting and analysis across the dedicated area.

 

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES MANAGER:

 

  • co-management of wholesale customer accounts across the dedicated area
  • Support the development of new clients’ business with direction, client prospecting
  • Support in preparing budget by customer
  • Sales campaign: lead market appointments by presenting the collection to current and prospective accounts; order entry and processing
  • sales reporting (fiscal selling, style selling, market share reports)
  • Reporting, monitoring, and facilitating the shipping process
  • Partner with Logistics and Accounting teams to facilitate customer service as needed
  • Maintain an active dialogue with clients regarding product and brand positioning; develop action-oriented proposals
  • Seasonal store visits to conduct product training, maintain and promote brand awareness, and act as a brand ambassador; market research
  • Samples: seasonal order placement, trafficking, and inventory management

 

 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF THE SALES MANAGER:

  • 3-4 years of experience in luxury and in wholesale.
  • Strong knowledge and orientation the category “bags”
  • Active network of customers
  • fluent in English, the knowledge of an other language Will be a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
