Job description

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail and FMCG, are looking for a Sales Assistant for a premium brand at Hamburg Airport.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:

Greet customers and determine customer´s wants or needs.
Maximize store sales by using KPIs through cross-selling and up-selling.
Assist management in maintaining quality standards on the floor and merchandise presentation.
Promote the latest collection with a passion and enjoyment for selling and bring a wealth of knowledge from the fashion field and ideally premium sales.

Requirements

Requirements of the Sales Assistant

At least 2 years of experience in sales in fashion, luxury and retail companies.
Fluency in German and good level in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
Attention to detail to meet the needs of the business and provide a professional service
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills
Motivation and a positive attitude
