Our client operates globally, with a strong presence across Europe and international markets, and is recognized for its high-quality products, innovation, and performance across major e-commerce platforms. The company fosters an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and performance-driven culture, offering real ownership and impact.

This is a hands-on and highly strategic role, ideal for a professional who thrives in high-growth environments and can take full ownership of a marketplace business.

Your Mission

You will fully own and scale the Marketplace channel in Brazil, managing key partners such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Magazine Luiza, Shopee, and others. You will be responsible for the full commercial strategy and P&L, supported by 1–2 interns, and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full P&L of the Marketplace channel in Brazil
  • Define and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial strategies per platform
  • Set growth targets and lead initiatives to maximize sales, margin, and operational performance
  • Own pricing strategy and daily price updates
  • Build and manage promotional calendars and campaign participation
  • Act as the main point of contact for all marketplace partners
  • Lead JBP meetings, negotiations, quarterly reviews, and deal submissions
  • Oversee catalog management: listings, variations, and content optimization
  • Align with Marketplace Marketing teams on budget allocation, visibility, ads, and campaign planning
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure stock accuracy and demand forecasting
  • Manage and mentor 1–2 interns supporting daily operations, reporting, and content execution

Requirements

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Account Management, Commercial, or Growth roles
  • Proven experience managing Amazon, Mercado Libre, and/or Magazine Luiza accounts
  • Experience in scale-ups or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, organized, and hands-on approach
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior profiles
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mentality
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

What’s Offered

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Health insurance benefits
  • Employee discounts on premium products
  • 24 days of annual leave, increasing with tenure
  • International exposure and collaboration with multinational teams
  • A dynamic and inclusive work environment with engaging team events
  • High level of autonomy and ownership from day one

Diversity & Inclusion

Our client is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in all its forms. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, origin, gender, identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
