Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Sales Advisor - Premium Fashion in Antwerp.

At our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties of the Sales Advisor:

Provide excellent customer service tailored to the culture and personality of each client, and create a pleasant shopping environment that fits the brand's image.
Demonstrate and reflect the brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude.
Respond to all customer inquiries and issues in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
Build and maintain successful relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance.
Ensure brand loyalty through the development of these relationships via personal interaction and active clienteling.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven retail experience in fashion
Good communication skills in Dutch, as well as english, which will be tested during the interview; other languages are a plus
Strong customer-oriented skills to ensure customer contact is maintained and a long-term professional and loyal relationship is established
Excellent attention to detail to support business needs and provide polished, professional service
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Capable of building strong, authentic relationships with customers and working together with team members while supporting and collaborating effectively with the store manager
Proactive, dynamic, and willing to learn and develop
Adaptability and flexibility.
