Job description

At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join a brand new team of a luxury accessory brand, based in the heart of London.

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture a robust client book, ensuring pre-booked clients appointments
Always uphold the brand's image and values to the highest standard
Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently providing an exceptional Client Experience
Cultivate a collaborative mindset to promote teamwork
Consistently deliver a premium client experience
Deliver an excellent product knowledge during the sales ceremony

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
Previous experience in a luxury setting
Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to mentor others
Capable of thriving under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
Understanding of inventory processes, including visual merchandising and replenishment

The Offer:

Annual gross salary: up to £37,000
