Marketing Manager (french speaker) - Furniture Brand - Lisbon

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a french speaking Marketing Manager to drive partnership projects within the french market, for a fast growing furniture brand currently leading the european market. The role will be based in their Lisbon office.

Role Responsibilities:

• Translate strategy into action through creative, data-driven execution, while keeping projects on track across teams and timelines. 

• Oversee affiliate, partner, and influencer activities — including code setup, contract tracking, reporting, optimization, and cultivating long-term collaborations.

• Spot high-potential industries for partnership development: prospect, qualify, and engage new collaborators.

• Negotiate and secure sustainable, high-impact partnership agreements, while managing, monitoring, and expanding existing ones.

• Assess performance data across multiple channels, extracting insights to refine and scale winning initiatives.

• Take ownership of the project roadmap with an agile mindset — ensuring task clarity, timely delivery, and steady progress.

• Act as a bridge between teams (creative, performance, CRM, etc.), ensuring seamless execution
