Job description

At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor for a menswear luxury brand, to join the team of their London based boutique.

In our recruitment and training agency, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Monaco.

Responsibilities:

Provide full support for the sales team on the shopfloor
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIPs and regular clients, offering tailored styling advice
Plan and execute team trainings on client management and sales technique
Work closely with the store manager and assistant store manager to drive sales and optimise business strategies
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting the example

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector or a similar high-end industry
Strong understanding of tailoring, fabrics, fits, and styling for menswear
Strong focus on relationship-building, personal shopping, and after-sales service to foster long-term loyalty
Eperience in managing a portfolio of regular clients and acquiring new clients
Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial attitude

The Offer:

Annual salary up to €43.000,00
commission scheme
