  • Animate challenges, energize results, and foster a positive competitive spirit

Customer experience & brand image

  • Guarantee brand image across all points of contact (stores, corners, key accounts)
  • Supervise Visual Merchandising execution in line with guidelines
  • Ensure team behaviour reflects Brand values at all times
  • Implement engaging and impactful in-store customer activations

Budget, stock & operational anticipation

  • Monitor UK Retail and KA budget, in coordination with UK Country Manager and Finance

  • Ensure smooth stock management (replenishment, inventory, best/worst-sellers analysis)
  • Supervise planning and anticipate HR needs
  • Rigorously track deadlines (reporting, transversal actions, new openings or refurbishments)

Internal coordination & partnerships

  • Work closely with the UK Country Manager on strategic steering
  • Act as a liaison with CRM, Supply, Finance, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Training teams
