Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for a Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing Premium Fashion Brand, for their store in Roermond.

Job description:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the store or department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Lead, coach, and support the team, providing training and ongoing feedback to maintain high customer service standards
Manage stock levels and inventory control, including replenishment and coordination of orders
Ensure all products are merchandised, priced, and presented in line with brand guidelines
Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting staff planning and floor coverage when needed
Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment at all times

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions to drive sales performance
Strong focus on customer experience, ensuring high service standards at all times
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English
Dutch ang german is a plus
