Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Store Manager for a fast-growing, well-funded D2C brand operating in the premium design and lifestyle segment, with a strong focus on product quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience, located in Berlin.

Your responsibilities
Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience through expert product guidance and service excellence.
Implement visual merchandising guidelines aligned with seasonal priorities and campaigns.
Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and product availability.
Drive sales performance using data-driven insights and on-floor leadership.
Build local partnerships and community engagement to increase store visibility and footfall.

Your profile
Native-level German and strong professional English.
5–7+ years of experience in a Store Manager or similar role within premium, design-focused retail (fashion, home, lifestyle, furniture).
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational mindset.
Data-driven, organized, hands-on, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
Experience opening or scaling new stores
Background in furniture, interiors, or home design
Familiarity with omnichannel tools and CRM systems
