Job description

We are leading the search for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager Specialist Beauty Brands ( Amazon DTC) on behalf of our client, an international designer, developer and worldwide marketer of consumer brand-name housewares, health and home, and beauty products under owned and licensed brands. You will be part of the Beauty & Wellness team and help grow iconic brands like Revlon, Drybar, Curlsmith, Braun, and Vicks across Amazon, Zalando, and DTC platforms. We're looking for a data-driven digital marketer with Amazon Ads expertise to lead performance campaigns and drive online sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize Amazon paid media campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Execute omnichannel strategies across Amazon, Zalando, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on key KPIs.
  • Contribute to seasonal and annual sales targets.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and account management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and team spirit.
