Job description

At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specialising in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing beauty brand, for their boutique store in London, Walton Street.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

Requirements

Proven experience working in the beauty or fragrances industry, within a luxury setting
Strong customer service skills to ensure an impeccable customer experience
Ability to establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
Ability to handle personal customer information with discretion
Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver an excellent product knowledge to customers
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills

What The Company Offers:

Salary: 30-33K per year
Incentive Plan (KPI Based)
