Job description

We at Luxe Talent are working on behalf of a leading global direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand to recruit an E-commerce Category Growth Manager – Home Accessories for the Irish market.

Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in more than 35 countries, with a strong digital presence and a solid retail footprint across Europe and other key regions. Recognised for product excellence and innovation, the company fosters a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and offers strong exposure to international teams and senior leadership.

This is a high-impact role for a professional eager to own and grow a strategic product category within a dynamic D2C e-commerce environment.

About the Role

As E-commerce Category Growth Manager – Home Accessories, you will own the end-to-end performance of the Home Accessories category (including pillows, duvets, and bed linen) within the Irish e-commerce business. You will define category strategy, drive revenue and margin growth, and optimize the full online customer journey.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer experience teams, while being part of a broader international e-commerce organization with regular exposure to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Category Management, Online Merchandising, Digital Retail, or D2C environments
  • Proven ability to drive online revenue growth and manage product categories end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, international environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
