Job description

Luxe Talent is partnering with a leading international direct-to-consumer company in the sleep and wellbeing sector, present in 35+ markets, to recruit an E-commerce Lead for Brazil.

This role sits at the core of the Brazilian business, with full ownership of the online channel and direct impact on revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.

The Role

You will own the e-commerce P&L, leading the strategy and execution of all digital sales activities. You will drive performance across the full funnel—from traffic acquisition and conversion to retention and average order value.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Category, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and digital execution. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the e-commerce P&L for the Brazilian market
Define and execute the digital growth strategy across all channels
Optimize website performance (conversion rate, UX, merchandising, AOV)
Lead campaign planning and execution in alignment with Marketing
Monitor performance metrics (traffic, CVR, CAC, LTV, revenue, margin)
Identify growth levers through data analysis and customer insights
Collaborate with Category teams on assortment and pricing strategy
Partner with Tech/Product teams to improve platform performance
Manage and develop a local e-commerce team
Ensure a best-in-class customer journey across all touchpoints

Requirements

Candidate Profile

5–8+ years of experience in E-commerce, Digital, or Online Business roles
Proven track record managing online P&L and driving revenue growth
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance metrics
Deep understanding of conversion optimization, UX, and digital merchandising
Experience in D2C, retail, or consumer goods environments
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Fluent in Portuguese and English
