Job description

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for a globally recognized brand.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam, we partner with leading companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee budget performance and manage P&L outcomes
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
Drive sales growth and increase overall guest traffic
Manage marketing expenses in line with forecasts
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency
Promote a multi-revenue business (F&B, retail, events, live music)
Ensure outstanding guest experience and service standards
Plan and deliver high-impact events and group bookings
Support recruitment, retention, and team performance
Set clear objectives and ensure team accountability
Develop talent through coaching and training initiatives
Maintain a proactive approach to personal and professional growth

Requirements

Requierements

Proven experience in MICE, trade shows, and group bookings
Strong sales background with a results-driven mindset
Solid knowledge of the Amsterdam market (currently based locally)
Experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Restaurants, F&B)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience with Tripleseat is a plus
Digital marketing experience is not required
