Job description

We are partnering with an international consumer products business in their search for a Customer Service Specialist B2B to join their growing team. The company is recognised for its portfolio of innovative, high-quality products across home, outdoor, health & wellness, and beauty categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting stock availability & price information requests
  • Managing retail customer orders
  • Liaising with and supporting sales reps and agents
  • Providing and analysing data and customer performance to sales 
  • Processing orders placed via the B2B system and inputting other manual orders. 
  • Assisting Senior Merchandising Specialist with order processing, depletion and administration 
  • Compiling weekly forecasts for the warehouses
  • Supporting Supply Chain Outbound
  • Provide timely order updates to customers, proactively flagging any changes, and resolve complaints promptly with effective solutions and follow‑up.

 

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications needed for this role: 

  • 2 plus years’ expertise in customer service B2B (within the FMCG space would be preferred).
  • Knowledge in logistics and transportation and order management. 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales, Logistics/ Operations.
