Store Manager Amsterdam | Contemporary Premium Fashion Brand | New Opening

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Store Manager for one of our clients, a French, Premium Fashion Brand that is going to open a store in Amsterdam.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

As an Store Manager, you will be working in the following duties:

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing business opportunities;
• Contribute to sales figures' analysis and elaborations;
• Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client's network locally;
• Contribute to a high level of customer service;
• Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, stamp ceremony, behaviors;
• Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising;
• Coordinating and training the team;
