Job description

At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialising in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Senior E-commerce Performance & Growth Manager (Italy), who will be based in Lisbon.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the luxury, premium and high-premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Own market growth performance end-to-end: translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans, align demand forecasting, and track performance vs. plan to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
  • Establish and govern campaign, pricing, and promotional ROI frameworks across channels – ensuring every decision balances growth, profitability, margin, stock constraints, and brand integrity.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate product launches, promotions, and commercial campaigns end-to-end, including structured pre- and post-mortems, driving cross-channel excellence starting with D2C.
  • Identify and unlock growth initiatives through deep analysis of sales, conversion, pricing, margins, customer behaviour, and funnel performance — aligned with margin targets and stock availability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, S&OP, Planning, Webshop, Product, Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure aligned execution and continuous improvement.

 

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, category management, digital retail, online merchandising, or a D2C environment.
  • Proven track record of driving online growth and managing product categories with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical — able to translate insights into clear, actionable decisions quickly.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving, international environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus.
