From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Luxury Diamond brand an Operation Manager EU in Amsterdam.

Please find below your main tasks as Operation Manager EU:

Lead and manage all European operations (logistics, fulfilment, stock, repairs, returns).
Ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery across multiple markets.
Manage and develop an operational team, fostering performance and accountability.
Define, monitor, and improve KPIs (delivery times, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, accuracy).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
Manage relationships with logistics partners and external providers.
Support business growth by ensuring scalable and robust operational infrastructure.
Collaborate with HQ and leadership teams on strategic projects.

Requisitos

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fulfilment roles.
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and e-commerce operations.
Experience working with KPIs and data-driven decision making.
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to improve and scale processes.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Experience in retail, luxury, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
