Stellenbeschreibung

As Store Manager, you will be working for a prestigious premium brand, for their boutique in Wertheim Villa.

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing business opportunities;
Contribute to sales figures' analysis and elaborations;
Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client's network locally;
Contribute to a high level of customer service;
Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, stamp ceremony, behaviors;
Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising;
Coordinating and training the team;

Anforderungen

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the retail
Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role.
Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in German and English.
Experience working in Wertheim Villa stores will be an important plus.
