RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Floor Management - Brand Ambassador
•Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand
•Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour
•Keep up to date of market trends in the retail industry
•Lead the smooth daily running of the shop floor
•Support the management team
•Instruct and supervise staff
Client Management & VM
•Drive utilization of client book and systems, for yourself and through the team
•Enhance customer service standards in store
•Assist in dealing with customer complaints, exchanges and queries
•Assist store management in the maintenance of all visual guidelines
Business Monitoring - Sales
•Consistently achieve sales objectives and KPIs
•Support the team and maintain communication with the management
•Ensure stock loss is minimized
•Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise, and develop product knowledge among the team
