LuxeTalent is currently looking for an experienced and professional Store Manager for an Italian Luxury Brand in Roma Fiumicino.

Job description:

Manage a team in a well structured and performing Store;
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff;
Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury environment;
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken & written), a third language will be a plus;
Strong leadership and customer management abilities;
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
Good knowledge of KPI's;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
