Responsabilità:
il Vice Store Manager dovrà essere in grado di supportare il responsabile nella motivazione del team ed essere in grado di creare un buon ambiente di lavoro grazie ad attività di training e coaching; valorizzare il prodotto tramite visual merchandising, seguendo le linee guida dell'azienda. La figura richiesta dovrà inoltre monitorare la merce e i KPI's, tramite specifici reports.
