At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Head of Wholesale EMEA  for one of our clients, a leading fashion/footwear company based in Spain.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various brands in the luxury, premium, and high-premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Braga.

This position requires to live in Spain.

Responsabilities:

  • Act as the brand's representative to other leading companies, demonstrating leadership in the sector.
  • Lead a team of Wholesale Account Managers distributed throughout Europe.
  • Identify new business opportunities throughout the year.
  • Strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients
  • Develop the strategy with General Management, with a special emphasis on branding and commercial strategy linked to the customer experience
  • Monitor client companies' promotional campaigns: sending catalogs, preparing and monitoring proposals, and managing budgets.
  • Monitor inventory and product availability to meet customer needs or current proposals, in collaboration with the Demand Planning department.
  • Report on results obtained.
  • Participate in the creation of channel strategies and execution of action plans to achieve the B2B team's objectives.
  • Support customer communication efforts.

Anforderungen

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in a Fashion Retail, Footwear, or Cosmetics company, in an international environment.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English.
