We from Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, are currently looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant on behalf of one of our clients, based in Geneva.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities as a Showroom Sales Consutant:

Your responsibilities:
Warm and professional welcome, along with personalised advice for our customers
In-depth development of product knowledge about our jewellery collections from materials and design features to the craftsmanship that defines our brand
Dedicated work towards achieving and exceeding both personal and team sales targets, always with a strong focus on delivering excellent, customer-oriented service
Ensuring exceptional customer service that leaves a positive and lasting impression with every interaction
Independent organisation and maintenance of the presentation area to ensure an inspiring and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience
At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally in the jewellery industry, with a proven track record of sales success
Confident handling of discerning clientele and a strong sense for delivering excellent service
Professional and confident telephone manner, even in consultation-intensive situations
Strong solution-oriented mindset and the ability to develop creative approaches, even in challenging circumstances
High resilience and reliability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Proactive, goal-driven work style combined with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
