Job description

Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Flagship Store Supervisor for a Premium Streetwear brand in London.

JOBDESCRIPTION
Tasks of the supervisor:

Deliver exceptional customer service and build succesful relationships with customers from various backgrounds, addressing complaints and inquiries effectively.
Supports the managers with the daily planning and scheduling, making sure all store tasks are completed.
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper stock levels on the sales floor.
Develop thorough product knowledge, display it in-store, and organize the stockroom. Understand collections deeply and perform commercial analysis.
Strive to achieve individual and store goals, lead by example, and contribute to business growth.
Share store performance insights with the team.
Actively participate in delivery processes and stockroom tasks.
Apply internal procedures to control shrinkage and supervise inventories.
Welcome and train new staff, supporting their onboarding process.
Assist in team meetings and employee development, promoting motivation and engagement.
Ensure staff well-being, implement safe work practices, and comply with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements

Working knowledge of relevant POS software and retail equipment: Operate store systems competently.
Sales and persuasive skills: Drive sales and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Customer service and good interpersonal skills: Create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Problem-solving skills: Address issues promptly and effectively.
