Job description

At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking a Sales Assistant for a Luxury Brand, to be placed in their new boutique in London.

Main Responsabilities of the Sales Assistant:

Actively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
Provide comprehensive consultation and assistance to clients
Achieve predefined sales targets and contribute to business growth
Acquire and cultivate customer loyalty
Organize and manage inventory and the sales area
Oversee the care and movement of products
Conduct inventory activities as needed

Requirements

Requirements for the Sales Assistant:

Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in Luxury boutique environments
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Basic knowledge of common computer tools and software
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs
Passion for the product and the brand
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
