From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an experienced Facility Executive on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing fashion brand, in Roermond.
Our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day facilities issues within the
centre and centre grounds resolving them quickly and effectively.
Facility Maintenance & Operations
Health, Safety & Compliance
Vendor & Contract Management
Space & Asset Management
Budget & Reporting
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) or Building Maintenance are a plus.
Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or building management.
Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
Background in office, retail, or industrial facilities preferred.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, security).
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and facility compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance plans.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
