  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing, brand marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service teams
  • Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to continuously improve category positioning and customer experience
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels
  • Monitor e-commerce and marketplace trends, digital merchandising best practices, and customer experience developments

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, international environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus

What’s Offered

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Health insurance, including dental coverage
  • Employee discounts on premium products
  • 24 days of annual leave, increasing with tenure
  • A pet-friendly work environment
  • Collaboration with multinational teams and international exposure
  • Engaging company events and a people-first culture
  • High level of ownership and professional development from day one
