From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Onsite Technician Service for a Premium Kitchen Appliances Brand.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
As an Onsite Technician, you will be working in the following duties::
Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across Flanders (Belgium).
Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, and functionality testing of the equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and determine the most suitable solutions.
Train customers on the proper use and operation of the equipment.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each visit.
