Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Premium Lifestyle brand a Store Manager in Antwerpen.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

Please find below your main tasks as a Store Manager:

  • Overseeing the store’s overall performance; you lead by example, coaching, inspiring, and motivating your team while upholding high operational and service standards.
  • Serving as the link between the store and headquarters to enhance the in-store experience and streamline operations.
  • Delivering a standout, personalized experience for every customer.
  • Guiding customers as they explore the brand and helping strengthen their engagement and loyalty.
  • Meeting sales, conversion, and customer service objectives.
  • Owning every stage of the customer journey: anticipating needs, providing expert product and styling knowledge, and ensuring seamless after-sales support.
  • Supporting day-to-day store activities, including inventory management, logistics, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior management role working in a fast paced, high volume fashion retail environment.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key together with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Belgian law.
