Requisiti:
Lo Store Manager dovrà essere in grado di motivare il team ed essere in grado di creare un buon ambiente di lavoro grazie ad attività di training e coaching; valorizzare il prodotto tramite visual merchandising, seguendo le linee guida dell'azienda. Il responsabile di negozio, sarà inoltre coinvolto in processi di selezione per le nuove risorse, e in attività di back-office per il monitoraggio dei KPI's.
