Job description

Luxe Talent, een internationaal rekrutering en selectiebureau gespecialiseerd in Retail, Fashion en Luxe is op zoek naar een avontuurlijke Assistant Store Manager Sport / Outdoor in Brugge.

In ons recruitment en training adviesbureau werken wij met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben wij kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, München en Amsterdam. Daarom bieden wij jou deze functie als Assistant Store Manager aan.

TAKEN VAN DE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER:

Je coacht en motiveert je team op dagelijkse basis;
Planningen en uurroosters opmaken;
Je zal de KPI’s analyseren en neemt actie waar nodig is;
Je draagt bij aan de klantenbinding door een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden met jouw winkel;
De winkel ziet er steeds top uit dankzij jou en jouw team;
Een goed overzicht bewaren over de stock en je zorgt tijdig voor de bevoorrading;
Je verkoopt samen met jouw team proactief mee, leading by example.

Requirements

VEREISTEN :

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, om met klanten en jouw team te communiceren;
Je bent een echte people manager;
Je hebt enige interesse in outdoor/sport, ervaring niet noodzakelijk;
Reeds enige ervaring opgedaan in een gelijkaardige functie;
Analytisch sterk en je kent je KPI’S;
Een geboren leider en je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen;
Een echte multitasker;
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
